China National Travel Service (H.K.) Group Corporation (abbr. as "HK CTS Group") is the parent company of China Travel Service (Holdings) Hong Kong Limited. It was established in April 1928, as one of the four state-owned enterprises in Hong Kong. Through generations of aggressive expansion, "HK CTS Group" has developed into a well renowned conglomerate enterprise with tourism as the core business, and industrial investment (iron & steel), real estate development and logistics & trading as its supporting businesses.

China Travel International Investment Hong Kong Limited (CTII) is the tourism flagship of "CTS Group". It operates travel subsidiaries in the Mainland China, Hong Kong and overseas, covering a wide range of industries such as travel agencies, hotels, scenic spots, leisure resorts, golf club, transportation and so on. "CTS Group" also invests Tangshan Guofeng Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. and Shannxi Weihe Power Station. Real estate is another branch of "CTS Group", its properties in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Suzhou and Shenyang all won good reputations. With the logistic business of "CTS Group" grew from initial railway transportation and storage into current air-express and ocean shipping, Shanghai Trade Company already ranked No.9 among Top 100 International Freight Transportation Agencies in China.

Approved by the State Council, CTS (Holdings) Corporation of China has merged into "HK CTS Group" since June 2007, which brought a significant impact on the pattern of tourism industry in China. "HK CTS Group" is pursuing further development with a scientific vision and striving for realizing its tourism core business to be the 1st in China, Top in Asia and Excellence in the world.
